Cubs Announce ‘Fly the W’ Postseason Presale Registration
There are still 17 games left and nothing is guaranteed just yet, but the Cubs have announced the chance for fans to register for the opportunity to purchase postseason tickets. See media release below for details.
Starting tomorrow, September 9, at 10 a.m. CT, Chicago Cubs fans can register for the chance to purchase select tickets to potential 2026 postseason games at Wrigley Field through the “Fly the W” presale.
To enter, fans 18 years of age or older must submit an online registration form at www.cubs.com/postseason. Registrants will be selected via random drawing, and those selected will be notified by email with purchase instructions, including presale timing and ticket limits.
Tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. All tickets will be distributed exclusively as mobile tickets via the MLB Ballpark app.
Fans who register for the “Fly the W” presale will remain eligible for subsequent 2026 postseason purchase opportunities whether selected in a particular drawing or not. Limit of one registration per person.
Fans can also guarantee access to 2026 postseason tickets immediately by placing a nonrefundable deposit toward 2027 Cubs season tickets. Visit www.cubs.com/seasontickets for more information.
*Registration is open to legal residents of the 50 United States including its territories, commonwealths and possessions who have an MLB.com account and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. A registration form must be submitted during the designated registration period to be eligible. Being selected as a winner does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register. The likelihood of receiving the opportunity to purchase tickets through the “Fly the W” presale opportunity depends on the number of eligible registrations received. Full terms and conditions are available at www.cubs.com/postseason.
